BLUECONE® Releasing Agent
BLUECONE® is an easy-to-use product with great dilution stability. It is divided into two types: silicon base emulsion and composite surfactant. It displays great releasing property during forming processes such as tires, rubber and plastics. With great gloss from silicon, it is applicable to automobiles, furniture and others. In addition, it is chemically stable and does not produce any carbonized wastes or residues with excellent heat resistance.

About Product
The BC series are emulsion types. With great lubricating property, it generates remarkable releasing effects. They are applied after a customized field test and minimize tire contamination, enhancing appearance quality.
The BC series are used in tire manufacturing inspection processes. They are sprayed between the head and rim and designed to be easily assembled/disassembled between the rim and tire. They enhance work efficiency and productivity.
